News of the week 

It is no longer required to fill in information about the account currency code in all new forms of notifications. Notifications are submitted to the tax authority at the location of the organisation, place of residence of an individual, or at the place of registration of the taxpayer as the largest taxpayer. This can be done in person, by mail, via telecommunications channels or through the taxpayer’s personal account.

In addition, now resident legal entities are also required to notify the tax authorities about the opening (closing) of accounts and changes in the details of accounts abroad of non-resident legal entities with whom they are part of the same international group of companies. Resident legal entities do not notify about the opening of such accounts if these requirements are fulfilled by the parent company of the international group of companies or a member of such a group that is entrusted with the corresponding responsibility.
