List of instructions on healthcare development issues (approved by the President of the Russian Federation on June 29, 2024): the National Medical Chamber will be given additional powers. The President gave a number of instructions on the development of healthcare. They relate in particular to the following:
- vesting the National Medical Chamber with additional powers in healthcare;
- further development of self-regulation in the field of medical and pharmaceutical activities;
- improving the system of continuous education of medical and pharmaceutical workers;
- strengthening the responsibility of heads of federal departments and heads of regions for implementation of the President’s decisions in the field of providing medical care.
