На прошлой неделе Минюст России предложил отнимать единственное жилье должника, если оно дорогостоящее и его площадь вдвое больше нормы предоставления, установленной регионами. Поддерживаете ли вы эту инициативу?

• Поддерживаю при условии, если у гражданина после взыскания квартиры или дома гарантированно останутся деньги на покупку другого, более скромного жилья
