- Federal Law No. 277-FZ of July 1, 2021 on amending the Federal Law on the Procurement of Goods, Work and Services by Certain Types of Legal Entities and the Federal Law on the Contractual System in the Area of Procurement of Goods, Works and Services for Meeting State and Municipal Needs - The share of purchases from small businesses increased to 25%.
