- Decision of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 748 of June 8, 2019: approval of the requirements for the use of documents in electronic form by tour operators, travel agents and tourists and (or) other customers when selling tourist products. The Rules are also approved for exchange of information in electronic form between tour operators, travel agents and tourists and (or) other customers
- Information of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation of June 18, 2019: new export customs duties are endorsed with respect to oil and certain categories of goods produced from oil for the period from July 1, 2019 to July 31, 2019
