• Letter of the Federal Tax Service No. AS-4-3/15293@ of September 13, 2012 on the Issue of Collection of Tax on Incomes of Natural Persons from Severance Pay in the Cases of Dismissal by Agreement of Parties
  The tax is increased if severance pay exceeds three monthly earnings.
